Con el presente auto la Sala Novena de Revisión dispuso corregir de oficio el fundamento jurídico 161 de la parte considerativa y el numeral quinto de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia T-230/24, en el sentido de indicar que la autoridad a la que hace referencia es el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y no la Sala Administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, como quedó referenciado en los apartes del fallo mencionados.

- Primero. CORREGIR el fundamento jurídico 161 de la parte considerativa y el numeral
- quinto. de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia T-230 de 2024 de manera que la referencia a "Sala Administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura" se reemplace por "Consejo Superior de la Judicatura".
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Relatoría de la Corte Constitucional asegurar que el texto de la Sentencia T-230 de 2024 al que accede el público sea el texto corregido.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR a las partes del proceso de tutela la decisión adoptada en esta providencia y NOTIFICAR esta decisión por aviso, de conformidad con el artículo 286 del Código General del Proceso.
